Welleon, currently under construction in Cleveland’s Detroit Shoreway neighborhood, will be an activated and energized mixed-use development. Located on Detroit Avenue in the Gordon Square Arts District, the project will include retail, co-working office space, and 122 apartments situated around a central public courtyard, with a 98-space below-grade parking structure. The mid-rise project will be seven stories of post-tension concrete construction.
