The Dexter is a five-story, 116-unit mixed-use apartment building under construction in the Franklin Circle area of Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood.
The Dexter, being developed by CASTO, will have two new street-level commercial venues and outdoor patio space fronting Franklin Circle, which is being converted from a five-way stop to a roundabout with landscape improvements by the City of Cleveland.
