Dimit Architects designed renovations to an existing 1970’s-era former Dow Chemical facility in Strongsville, Ohio to create UHM West, a new state-of-the-art training facility for Union
Home Mortgage.

The facility was designed to introduce new employees from across the county to the corporate culture of Union Home Mortgage. It offers amenities including a video production center, auditorium, on-site restaurant and fitness center.
