Dimit Architects has designed a new mixed-use project currently under construction in the Victorian Village neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio.

The project will update what was a shopping strip center with a mixed-use approach that includes a five-story 222-unit apartment building and two additional retail buildings for tenants Lucky’s Market and CVS.
