Dimit Architects designed a new facility for Spice Catering Company. Spice Catering specializes in farm-to-table cuisine and nature-inspired presentations that spotlight Ohio’s lush, local landscape.

The project transformed what was formerly an industrial space into the new headquarters and production facility for Spice. It is also home to their Keep the Change Kitchen Collective, which offers a “virtual food hall” of to go meal options.

The facility features 4715 sq. ft. of commercial kitchen space, 1865 sq. ft. of offices, and a tasting room which hosts special events and serves as a showroom for furniture available for rent.
