Our project with CASTO, The Dexter, is a 116-unit mixed-use apartment building under construction in the Franklin Circle area of Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood.
When complete, the project will enhance the pedestrian experience in the neighborhood, which is one of Cleveland’s most dynamic and walkable areas- full of local restaurants, retail and outdoor recreation options.
