We’re happy to say the newest Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream is currently under construction in Westlake, Ohio and on schedule to open this summer. The new location will feature an inviting patio, abundant landscaping and environmentally-friendly features such as the roof which will harvest rainwater for use in the bathrooms. As construction continues we’re excited to show you the interior which is designed to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
