The Northern Ohio Blanket Mills is a former industrial complex located in Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood. Built in 1890, it was once home to one of the world’s largest manufacturers of woolen horse blankets and carriage robes.

The complex was redeveloped into a mixed-use project that includes 60 affordable apartments and 40,000 square feet of office and commercial space.

The project was awarded Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits and Federal tax credits.
