We had a great time giving students from The North Coast College a tour of Harbor Verandas, which is currently under construction in Cleveland’s North Coast Harbor.
The students are currently taking the Studio 1 course in the interior design program. For the course, they have prepared floor plans and selected finishes and furniture for a hypothetical client interested in a two bedroom apartment at Harbor Verandas.
The tour helped illustrate the difference between how a space looks in a 2d plan versus being there in person, and the positive impact that large windows and light can have on an interior space.
The tour included unplanned cameos from Dick Pace of Cumberland Development and the Blue Angels practicing overhead.
