Dimit Architects was engaged to design a collaborative shared office space for the law firms Weismann Kennedy and Berris Co. L.P.A., Garson Johnson LLC, and Feagan Law.

Located on the second floor of the historic Van Rooy Building in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood, the office design embraces the historic character of the building and features an exposed timber structure, brick walls, and original windows that offer panoramic views of Lake Erie.

The largely open work environment is intended to promote communication and collaboration between team members. Soft seating areas provide flexibility, serving as both lounge and team huddle areas. Glass partitions and ribbed glass help to provide privacy while keeping the collaborative spirit of the office intact.
