Dimit Architects’ latest project with the Galley Group, the Fulton Galley, was recently featured in Food & Wine. The Fulton Galley will be located in the Fulton Market area of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The food hall/business incubator will host five unique concepts from Chicago-area chefs and a curated beer, wine and cocktail program.
Dimit previously collaborated with the Galley Group on the Ohio City Galley which debuted in late 2018.
