Today Dick Pace of Cumberland Development was joined by Mayor Frank G. Jackson, Cleveland City Council President Kevin Kelley, Councilman Kerry McCormack and more to break ground on the Harbor Verandas apartment and retail project at North Coast Harbor.

Dimit Architects designed Harbor Verandas, which will feature 16 apartments as well as ground floor office and retail space. Each apartment will feature a 150 square foot veranda to enjoy the views of the lake and downtown Cleveland.

Just north of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, North Coast Harbor is a developing neighborhood on downtown Cleveland’s lakefront.

Harbor Verandas is the second North Coast Harbor project Dimit Architects has designed for Dick and Cheri Pace of Cumberland, the first project Nuevo Modern Mexican & Tequila Bar opened in 2016. The two projects are designed to draw in people and activate Cleveland’s waterfront, and integrate amenities such as public sand volleyball courts, bike rentals and boat docks.
