Harbor Verandas is a mixed-use development at Cleveland’s North Coast Harbor which features 16 apartments as well as ground floor office and retail space. Each penthouse-style apartment features a 150-square foot veranda to enjoy the views of the lake and downtown Cleveland.

Just north of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, North Coast Harbor is a developing neighborhood on downtown Cleveland’s lakefront.

Harbor Verandas is the second North Coast Harbor project Dimit Architects has designed, the first project Nuevo Modern Mexican & Tequila Bar opened in 2016. The two projects are designed to draw in people and activate Cleveland’s waterfront, and integrate amenities such as public sand volleyball courts, bike rentals and boat docks.
