The Euclid Grand Apartments project is an adaptive reuse conversion of the historic John Hartness Brown building complex located on Euclid Avenue, in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The project, which includes restoration of three separate historic structures and five historic facades fronting Euclid Avenue will include 239 new apartments and 18,700 sq. ft. of ground-level retail space. The project has received commitments for both state and federal historical tax credit funding and as such, final construction will meet the National Park Services strict guidelines for restoration of historic structures.

Dimit Architects was invited by project developer Alto Partners to collaborate with the excellent Architect of Record Beegan Architectural Design for assistance with interior architectural design. Dimit’s work scope included designs for the entrance lobby, tenant lounge, rooftop patio and selected materials for the apartment suite interiors.
