The Levin Group cut the ribbon on their latest project, Conneaut Manor on July 13th in Conneaut, Ohio.
Conneaut Manor is a five-story apartment building for seniors and disabled persons. The Levin Group recently completed extensive renovations to modernize the facility.
All fifty-three apartments were overhauled to maximize accessibility. In addition, each unit received new plank flooring, carpeting, kitchen counters and cabinets, new bathroom fixtures, and upgraded lighting.
Common areas were modernized and improved, and a new business center and community garden were added. Ornamental fencing and a pergola were added to the exterior, and a redone parking lot with spots reserved for seniors has improved access to the building
The ribbon cutting was attended by residents of Conneaut Manor, representatives from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, the City of Conneaut, the office of Congressman Tim Ryan and other project stakeholders. Mort and Judy Levin of the Levin Group were presented with a Certificate of Congressional Recognition and Achievement for their work on the project.
