Their 27,000 s.f. facility houses its office headquarters, showroom, storage areas and lease space for its strategic business partners. The building is a mix of 9,000 s.f. of office space and 17,000 s.f. of high bay type space that can be used for a variety of functions. Office features include a large, state-of-the-art conference room, a large wing shaped light monitor and an exterior deck for Clinical Technology employees. Consistent with the high tech nature of the company’s brand, the modern exterior of the building features new sustainable materials including a glass fiber concrete cladding made in Austria. Innovative partnering with various contractors to form a hybrid design/build project delivery method has been instrumental in saving cost and maximizing value.
