Congratulations to the Millennia Companies on cutting the ribbon on the substantial transformation of Azure Estates in Riviera Beach, Florida.
The $18 million rehabilitation has improved the amenities and aesthetics of the apartment complex while improving accessibility, safety, energy efficiency and preserving the affordability of 216 apartments. A new community center space was created to serve the residents.
Prior to the substantial rehabilitation, the apartment development was plagued with terrible conditions which had declined over decades of neglect.
Millennia facilitated the multi-million-dollar transformation in partnership with the following: Florida Housing Finance Corporation; U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including the Jacksonville Office and Asset Management Division; City of Riviera Beach; PNC Bank; Berkadia; US Bank NA; Nelson Mullins; Seltzer Management Group, Inc., NEI General Contracting, Dimit Architects LLC, and Project Management Consultants LLC.
