Dimit Architects worked with Alexander Mann Solutions, a London-based global provider of talent acquisition and management services, to redesign their Global Client Service Center in the Erieview Tower in Cleveland, Ohio.
Since establishing the Center in an existing office space a few years ago, Alexander Mann has grown rapidly. Faced with the need to add additional space, the company determined the time was right to make adjustments that better support their staff and endow the office with their corporate personality.
The Alexander Mann Solutions leadership team worked with Dimit Architects on a series of small interventions that have yielded big results. New small group meeting spaces were added, as was an enlarged café with seating, and a more defined and welcoming reception space- with direct access to new boardroom and training rooms.
New carpet and paint in Alexander Mann’s corporate colors were provided throughout to add cohesion and a fresh look. Additional improvements included a wellness room, coat closets repurposed from less functional recesses, and a shared touch-down / visitor work area. It was essential to apply the budget strategically to yield the maximum impact.
All of the changes have combined to provide a more purposeful and functional space that positively represents the Alexander Mann Solutions culture and brand.
