Job description:
Seeking an experienced Interior Architectural Designer to work on projects that include single and multi-family residential, commercial, renovation, interior architecture and interior design projects.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented designer with strong architecture/interior architecture/ interior design skills, and the ability to create construction documents in both AutoCAD and Revit formats. Adobe Photoshop and Sketchup proficiency are preferred as well.
- Collaborate on projects including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documents
- Meet all AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit and Sketchup document creation standards
- Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
- Provide project team coordination for the finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
- Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples
- Participate in selection of finishes, lighting, plumbing, appliances, furniture, art, etc.
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
- 4 -5 or more years of Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design experience
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Revit and Sketchup
