The Flats East Bank Building #4 is the front-and-center vibrant anchor building of an ambitious new riverfront district master plan fronting the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland. The project provides 234 market-rate luxury apartments in a “modern loft” brick building, and most of the units are provided with private decks overlooking the river waterfront or city skyline. At the ground level, sixteen retail and entertainment lease spaces enliven the neighborhood, with several fine restaurants and ample sidewalk café spaces. A large internal parking garage is tucked just above the retail spaces and provides parking for residents and district visitors alike.

The historic warehouse fabric of the district inspired the building’s loft-style massing and material selections. Numerous future residential and entertainment buildings are contemplated to complete the new neighborhood, enhanced by a beautiful public boardwalk and amphitheater space for special events.
